All of the 3D meshes sold in this shop are the intellectual property of 'Aantara', the creator. By purchasing these meshes, 'you' the customer, agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

These 3D meshes are intended for use on virtual avatars in social VR platforms (VRChat, ChilloutVR, Neos*, Helios) with these conditions:

• They are used for your own personal projects.
• They are used on a completed model you intend to sell - with credit to Aantara and linked back to this shop (or the specific item).
• The completed model is not uploaded as a publicly available model.
• They are not used on a model that is given away for free or sold for less than the cost of the assets used.**

* I understand Neos works differently in regards to a 'completed model' but useage is fine for any personal use models. The assets cannot be given or traded to other persons.

** With the exception of limited-time-sales and special giveaways.

These 3D meshes may also be used to create virtual avatars for streaming platforms (Youtube, Twitch) with these conditions:

• Credit is given to Aantara for the assets used with a link back to the shop or to the specific asset used.
• The content created is not of a pornographic nature.

These 3D meshes cannot be redistributed in their original form in any way; for free or paid.

As these are digital assets, a refund cannot be processed once you have downloaded the digital files.
